Rules for authors

To send the materials of the work to the editorial office, you must register the Personal Portfolio service and, following the instructions of the system, fill in the sections with the appropriate documents. / Для направления материалов работы в редакцию необходимо зарегистрировать сервис «Личный портфель» и, следуя указаниям системы, заполнить разделы соответствующими документами.

REGISTER A PERSONAL PORTFOLIO/ ЗАРЕГИСТРИРОВАТЬ ЛИЧНЫЙ ПОРТФЕЛЬ 

Interaction with the editorial board through the Personal Portfolio service allows you to submit articles online to the editorial board, add, edit and correct materials, promptly receive and respond to requests from the editorial board, and track the stages of the article's passage in the editorial office in real time. The author additionally receives an automatic e-mail message about all changes that have occurred as a result of reviewing the article provided through the Personal Portfolio service.
